Production Process

1. Collection and Sorting: EPDM rubber products are collected from various sources, such as automotive and construction industries.
2. Shredding: The collected EPDM products are shredded into smaller pieces to facilitate further processing.
3. Devulcanization: The shredded rubber undergoes a devulcanization process, which involves breaking down the sulfur bonds that crosslink the rubber molecules. This process can be achieved through mechanical, chemical, or thermal methods.
4. Refining and Purification: The devulcanized rubber is refined and purified to remove impurities, resulting in a clean and homogeneous material.
5. Reclaiming: The purified rubber is processed into reclaim rubber sheets or granules, ready for use in various applications.
