Natural Tube Reclaim Rubber

Natural Tube Reclaim Rubber (NTR) is a type of reclaim rubber that is specifically derived from recycled natural rubber tubes. These tubes are typically sourced from various applications, such as bicycle and motorcycle inner tubes or other rubber tubing products.

Production Process
  1. Collection and Sorting: Used natural rubber tubes are collected from various sources, such as tire repair shops or manufacturing facilities.
  2. Cleaning and Shredding: The tubes are cleaned to remove any dirt, debris, or contaminants. They are then shredded into smaller pieces to facilitate processing.
  3. Devulcanization: The shredded rubber undergoes a devulcanization process, which involves breaking down the sulfur bonds that crosslink the rubber molecules. This process can be achieved through mechanical, chemical, or thermal means.
  4. Refining and Purification: The devulcanized rubber is refined and purified to remove impurities, resulting in a clean and homogenous material.
  5. Reclaiming: The purified rubber is processed into reclaim rubber sheets or granules, ready for use in various applications.
